Join personal trainer Russell Lee to unplug, unwind, refuel and reboot at this beautiful, organic, hillside eco-farm, with panoramic views and on-site chef.
Kick-start your summer by joining us for four days of rejuvenating fitness, relaxing yoga, and delicious vegan food in the beautiful Andalusian countryside.
You will stay in a lovingly restored traditional, rustic Spanish house on a family-run organic eco farm. Nestled into the valley on some 6.5 hectares of private land within a protected area of a national park, you’ll forget that you are within 30 minutes of the beaches and the cosmopolitan city of Malaga.

Set yourself up for the day with an invigorating fitness class with Russell, who will take you through a fun, challenging but achievable session, that is tailored to individual levels.
Vetreat Team Training Sessions are designed for everybody, and every body.
No workout will be the same, each one specifically designed for all abilities to encourage fat loss, build lean muscle and improve muscle tone.
Every class is uniquely designed around functional bodyweight movements to help improve your core strength as well as overall fitness and wellbeing.
You will never be lost in the crowd or just another number in a class. The small group and intimate nature of our classes means you will receive a very personal training session, including 1-on-1 attention, and come away feeling empowered and energised.
Early evenings, tone your tummy and sculpt your abs with our half hour core strength and fat burning workout.
We like our retreats to be very relaxed, so if there is a class you would prefer to skip, that's absolutely fine!

Prior to the vetreat, Russell will schedule a call with you to discuss your health and fitness goals. This will help ensure you get the very most out of your time with us.
Enjoy three plant-based meals a day from on-site, award-winning chef David.
Perfect for a nutritious, healthy yet satisfying refuel, meals are prepared using locally-sourced, organic produce. You certainly won't go hungry!
With fitness activities in the morning and evening, the day is yours!
Spend the day by the pool, go for a countryside hike, or book a massage or personal training session.
Enjoy a relaxing evening yoga practice with Rosa.
You can expect preparatory Pawanmuktasana - gentle exercises to aid the body for the rest of the session. These will be followed by Asanas (poses) from Hatha, Iyengar and Kundalini yoga, as well as Sun Salutations, Feng Shui exercises to activate the energy of the body, and poses to balance the Chakras.
You'll finish with a Relaxation in Shavasana where the body will have time to assimilate the benefits of the yoga practice.
Sit down to a gorgeous, alfresco group dinner.
