Pachamama Organic are passionate about growing and creating delicious 100% organic plant-based whole foods. Every dish is freshly prepared with seasonal ingredients. They don’t use any wheat but prefer to work with a variety of other whole grains, including ancient grains such as teff. And sugar does not enter their kitchen at all. Instead, they sparingly use natural sweeteners, such as maple syrup and dates.
They ensure that every single meal contains a huge variety of balanced nutrients, and take pride in presenting buffets that are a feast not only for the taste buds but also for the eyes.
